We genuinely appreciate the interest in Yo-Chi, however it is our intention to keep all stores company owned. please contact us here

Where can I find the allergen information of your yogurt?

I didn’t have my Chi-Club account ready to scan when purchasing my Yo-Chi, can I still earn points?

We've got your back, send us a photo of your receipt and your Chi-Club number through our contact form and we will load the equivalent points on for you! Please contact us here

Colour Our Cup FAQs

I took it home to perfect my colouring; can I email a scanned version to you to submit?

No, all submissions must be given in person to your local Yo-Chi venue, even if you take it home!

I have some gorgeous glitter that would look great on the sheet, can I add it?

No 3D elements, such as glitter, stickers, or bead are allowed on submissions

How do you guys know which design is THE design?

There's a few different aspects of how the winner gets determined, remembering we get THOUSANDS of submissions, so have rigorous processes to find the prefect winner:

  1. 1. Creativity & Originality - A unique artistic flair and chi-ful use of colour.
  2. Use of Colour - Colour choices, harmony, and contrast. Remember, these are going onto our yogurt cups, so they have to look cohesive and chic.
  3. Neatness & Presentation - Clean and well-executed artwork. No scribbles!!
  4. Adherence to Rules - no use of glitter, stickers, bead or gel pens.

Who will be deciding the winner?

There will be a few steps to decide on winners

  1. Each Yo-Chi Singapore venue will choose the finalists to submit for review;
  2. The Yo-Chi Marketing team will review all finalists and shortlist the top twenty (20) entries;
  3. These twenty (20) entries, will be displayed in our Singapore website for public voting.
  4. The entry with the most public votes for Singapore will win $10k, with the winning design printed on our Yo-Chi Singapore cups.

Local vs professional artist?

You don't need to be a professional artist to enter or win the Colour Our Cup Comp, it's designed for all and any! We're always on the search to highlight local untapped talent, AND love lifting up our local artists.

Is there an age limit on who can submit?

No! Anyone of any age can enter! If you're under 18, you must have consent from your parent/guardian to enter and use of their Chi Club membership number.

How long do I have to perfect my design?

The competition closes on 14th July 2026, so as long as you bring it to your local Yo-Chi by COB on that date, you're in for the draw!

Are there any runner up prizes?

Of course! We want to share the chi with as many people as possible! Our Runner-Ups will receive 100 Chi Points straight to their account!
