CHI CLUB MEMBERSHIP

Chi Club membership is open to all residents of Singapore.

To join, download the Yo-Chi app and set up a new membership account. Yo-Chi may grant or refuse membership at its absolute discretion. Membership barcode may not be copied or duplicated in any way. Each member is only permitted to have one membership which will be allocated to one nominated email address at the time of registration.

Upon registration members are required to enter contact details in the Yo-Chi app to activate membership including full name, date of birth, email, phone number, home venue and postcode. It is the member’s responsibility to update any changes to personal details within the Chi Club app. Members may opt out of the Chi Club at any time by updating preferences in the Chi Club app.

New members with a verified account will receive a single-use 20% off voucher on their second purchase in store. It must be redeemed against one bowl only (multiple bowls do not apply). The 20% voucher is not valid online, for merchandise or in conjunction with any other offer (including but not limited to Go-Bowl discounts, Birthday offers and any other offer from time to time).

Promotional offers for new members may change from time to time at Yo-Chi’s discretion.

Promotional offers will occasionally apply for new members upon sign-up however these may be changed at any time.

Members earn one Chi Point for every $10 spent in a Yo-Chi venue. A member who has accumulated Chi Points can redeem them towards Yo-Chi product for free once they have reached 10 points. If their purchase comes to less than $10 in value the balance is not redeemable in cash. Point redemption is available on all products sold within Yo-Chi venues with the exception of gift cards. Does not apply to online purchases.

The Chi Club app will automatically calculate how much is spent in each transaction to the cent, eg if a member spends $14.49 they will earn 1.449 Chi Points. Chi Points displayed in the app are rounded to the nearest two decimal points.

Members will receive an email with a birthday freebie up to the value of $10 in the form of a Yo-Chi voucher on the date of their birthday, on the basis of having provided their birthdate in the profile set-up (verification via physical ID at the point of sale will apply). The member has 14 days hours from the time of issue, including the issue day, to redeem the voucher at any Yo-Chi venue. Any remaining balance over $10 is payable by cash or card. The birthday voucher must be redeemed in a single transaction, and no change will be issued. The voucher cannot be used online, through delivery apps or anywhere Yo-Chi products are sold other than in Yo-Chi venues. Memberships must be active for a minimum of 24 hours prior 12am on their birthdate to receive the birthday voucher. For example, if your birthday was Thursday 10th July, you would need to be signed up and verified by 11:59pm Tuesday 8th July to receive your voucher. This would then be valid for 14 days hours from Thursday 10th July.

Points accrued cannot be used as a part-payment or redeemed for cash. If members do not use their Chi Club membership for a period of two years, their membership will be cancelled along with all accrued entitlements.

Yo-Chi may introduce special offers from time to time at our own discretion, and these offers may include additional terms and conditions.

Chi Club points cannot be sold, transferred or assigned and are not redeemable for cash. Point redemption is available on all full-priced products sold within Yo-Chi venues, except gift cards. Does not apply to online or supermarket purchases. Points cannot be accrued from online or in venue gift card purchases, online or supermarket purchases or when a promotional/discount voucher is applied.

Yo-Chi reserves the right to modify, refuse or terminate a member’s Chi Club account without notice or reason and at its absolute discretion. If a membership is terminated, all outstanding point accruals will no longer be valid and will be rendered null and void.

Yo-Chi reserves the right to withdraw, cancel or vary Chi Club benefits without notice and at any time, at its absolute discretion.

YO-CHI PHYSICAL GIFT CARDS

Yo-Chi physical Gift Cards are available to purchase in any Yo-Chi venue in Singapore and can be redeemed at any Yo-Chi venue in Singapore.

Yo-Chi Gift Cards are treated as cash and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Gift Cards may only be used for purchases in Yo-Chi venues and cannot be returned or exchanged for cash. Yo-Chi Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for online purchases, through third party delivery apps or at any other location where Yo-Chi products are sold.

The funds available can be verified on request at any Yo-Chi venue in Singapore. No change will be given and any balance that remains on the card can be used in whole or part against future purchases at Yo-Chi. Gift Cards cannot be reloaded or topped up.

In accordance with law, Gift Cards expire 3 years after the date of purchase. These terms may be amended by Yo-Chi from time to time.

YO-CHIEVER VOUCHERS

Issuance and Purpose

• Yo-Chiever vouchers are distributed to nominated local sporting clubs and community organisations as part of Yo-Chi’s Communi-Chi program.
• These vouchers are intended to reward one standout Yo-Chiever per team after each match.

Voucher Value and Redemption

• Each voucher is valued at a maximum of $12.
• Any amount exceeding $12 must be paid by the customer at the register.
• Vouchers can be redeemed at any Yo-Chi venue across Singapore.
• Valid only until the expiry date printed on the voucher.

Redemption Rules

• Limited to one redemption per person.
• Vouchers have no cash value and are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
• No change will be given for purchases under $12.
• Vouchers must be surrendered at the time of redemption.
• Cannot be combined with any other offer, promotion, or discount.

Distribution Guidelines

• Vouchers are match-day rewards, intended for weekly distribution to one standout player per team after each game.
• Do not distribute all vouchers at once. They are designed to be handed out gradually across the season.
• Once allocated vouchers are exhausted, reissues or reallocations will not be provided.

KEEPCUP GO BOWL

Customers who bring in their Yo-Chi Go Bowl are entitled to a 10% discount off their Yo-Chi. This offer is valid at all Yo-Chi venues across Singapore. 10% discount cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any other promotions, offers or discounts. Offer valid on the individual value of the Yo-Chi only and is not applicable to the entirety of the transaction if multiple products are purchased together.

Offer is not available on merchandise, online ordering or delivery platforms.

To redeem your 10% off discount when using your KeepCup Go Bowl in venue, please let Yo-Chi team know prior to completing payment.

YO-CHI GOODIE BAG GIVEAWAY – INSTAGRAM COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

Promoter 

This competition is run by Yo-Chi Singapore (“the Promoter”), via the @iloveyochi.sg Instagram account.  

Eligibility 

• The competition is open to Singapore residents aged 18 years or older. 

• Employees of Yo-Chi, their immediate family members, and anyone professionally connected to this competition are ineligible to participate. 

Competition Period 

The competition begins at the time of posting and ends at 2:00 PM SGT on 16th September 2025 (“Competition Period”).
No entries will be accepted outside this time.

Bear Hug Charms Bonus – Terms & Conditions 

At Yo‑Chi, we believe in sharing the love – and the success! 100% of profits from our limited-edition Bear Hug Charms will be returned to our venue-based teams as a bonus. This document outlines the terms and conditions of this initiative. 

1. What’s the Bonus About?

The Bear Hug Charms Bonus is a one-time bonus funded by 100% of the net profits from the sale of Bear Hug Charms. These profits will be equally divided and shared amongst eligible venue-based team members. 

2. Who’s Eligible?

To receive a bonus, you must meet all the following criteria: 

1. Employment Start Date: You must be employed by Yo‑Chi as of Thursday 18th September at 10am. 

1. Still Employed: You must still be working at Yo‑Chi on the Sell-Out Date (i.e. when the last Bear Hug Charm is sold) and still employed at the time of the bonus payment being processed.  

1. Minimum Shifts: You must have worked at least 4 shifts between the official launch date of Bear Hug Charms and the Sell-Out Date. 

1. Team Role: You must be part of the venue-based team – including: 

• Team Members (TMs) 

• Team Leaders (TLs) 

• Assistant Venue Leaders (AVLs) 

• Venue Leaders (VLs) 

1. Performance Management Status: Team members who are formally under performance management during the eligibility period may be excluded from receiving the bonus. Team members who have received a written warning, or Performance Improvement Plan during the promotional period may also be excluded from receiving the bonus, at the discretion of Yo‑Chi management.  

1. In special or extenuating circumstances, Yo‑Chi may review individual cases and make discretionary exceptions. 

3. How Is the Bonus Calculated?

• 100% of net profits from Bear Hug Charms will be placed into a shared bonus pool. 

• The net profit is calculated after deducting all costs, such as production, packaging, marketing, and any applicable taxes. 

• The total bonus pool will be equally divided among all eligible team members. 

• Payment will be made after the final Bear Hug Charm is sold and profits are finalised. 

4. Key Conditions

• If you leave Yo‑Chi before the last Bear Hug Charm is sold, you will not be eligible for the bonus. 

• You must complete a minimum of 4 shifts between the launch and sell-out dates to qualify. 

• Yo‑Chi may request proof of shift attendance (e.g. timesheets or rosters) for verification. 

• The bonus will be paid via regular payroll channels and may be subject to tax and statutory deductions (e.g. CPF), as required under Singapore law. 

5. Right to Amend

• Yo‑Chi reserves the right to amend, vary, or withdraw these Terms & Conditions at any time prior to the bonus being paid. 

• Any such changes will be communicated transparently and fairly. 

• No amendments will retroactively affect any already-earned entitlements. 

• Bonus payments are at the sole discretion of Yo-Chi Management, and Yo-Chi Management reserves the right the withdraw payment of this bonus at any time at its sole discretion 

6. Legal Notes

• This bonus is a discretionary incentive and is not a guaranteed part of your regular salary or benefits. 

• These T&Cs do not form part of your employment contract unless otherwise stated in writing. 

• This programme complies with relevant Singapore employment laws, including those related to variable wage components and employer obligations. 

• In the event of any disputes, they can be raised and finalised with your Venue Leader.
